Özel İşhanı No: 2 İç Kapı No: 11, Fatih, Istanbul, Turkey, operating under the brand name "WowBat" ("we," "us," or "our"), and you as a current or prospective user of the wallet services ("Service") we provide through our mobile application ("WowBat App") and website.
By accessing or using the WowBat App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Please note that you should review the entire Agreement carefully, including those provisions which limit our liability.
In order to access the Service, you must be at least the age of eighteen (18) and you must have the legal ability to agree to the terms of this Agreement. Your use of the Service is governed by the terms of this Agreement. You are authorized to access and use the WowBat App solely for the purposes specified in this Agreement. You may only open an account on your own behalf.
In order to access the Service you must download and maintain a current version of our Mobile App on your mobile device. You must also create and maintain a user account with us ("User Account").
WowBat provides wallet creation and management services through our platform. When you create a wallet through the WowBat App, you will be provided with access to your digital wallet for managing cryptocurrency and conducting authorized transactions. You acknowledge and agree that:
To use certain features of the Service, including but not limited to on-ramp services (converting fiat currency to cryptocurrency) and access to merchant payment services, you will be required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification procedures. This verification is conducted by certified identity verification service providers who specialize in compliance and regulatory adherence.

WowBat provides wallet management technology and facilitates access to cryptocurrency services through licensed partners who hold appropriate regulatory authorizations. The Service allows you to:
You understand that WowBat provides the technology platform and infrastructure. All regulated financial services, including fiat-to-crypto conversion, currency exchange, merchant payment processing, and compliance services, are provided by our licensed partners who hold appropriate regulatory authorizations in their respective jurisdictions. You are not a third-party beneficiary of any agreements between WowBat and its partners.
You can use the WowBat App to convert fiat currency to cryptocurrency through our On-Ramp Services provided by licensed partners. Cryptocurrency transferred to your wallet will be held in your wallet under your control. The processing of fiat-to-crypto conversion is facilitated through partners licensed to provide such services.
Any currency exchange services provided through the Service are facilitated through our licensed partners. The foreign exchange rates and cryptocurrency conversion rates used in connection with the Service are selected by these partners in their sole discretion. These rates may be less favorable than rates quoted by other providers. The exchange rate may include a spread, commissions, and other costs that these partners may charge. By initiating any currency conversion through the WowBat App, you agree to the exchange rate and fees offered to you.
WowBat and our partners may charge fees for On-Ramp transactions, currency conversions, and other services provided through the Service. You agree to pay all fees disclosed to you at the time of transaction. For a current list of applicable fees, please visit our website.
You can view your transaction history, wallet balance, and digital asset holdings directly through the WowBat App. All transactions recorded on supported blockchain networks are permanent and immutable.
When creating a User Account or utilizing the WowBat App, you agree to provide and maintain current, complete, and accurate information. You authorize WowBat and our partners, directly or through third parties, to make any inquiries we consider necessary to validate or authenticate your identity and verify the information you provide. If any information you provide is untrue, inaccurate, not current, incomplete, or not your own, we may deny your application, suspend, or terminate your access to the Service.
WowBat and our partners may refuse to provide any services through the WowBat App if we believe or suspect:

Your use of the Service involves the handling of data as described in our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that our Privacy Policy governs your use of the Service and that we may process your data as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including nonpublic personal data required for KYC/AML verification. Any confidential information shared through the Service shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

If you believe there are unauthorized transactions, errors, or suspicious activity in connection with your User Account, you can:
You agree to cooperate in any investigation we conduct regarding disputed transactions.
Cryptocurrency transactions recorded on the blockchain are permanent and immutable. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed or modified. WowBat has no ability to reverse, cancel, or modify confirmed transactions. If you believe you sent cryptocurrency to an incorrect address, you must contact the recipient directly to request a refund. WowBat shall have no liability for transactions to incorrect addresses.
WowBat is not involved in transactions between you and merchants or third-party service providers. Any disputes arising from such transactions must be resolved directly with the relevant party. WowBat makes no representations regarding third-party services and shall have no liability for disputes with third parties.
WowBat does not guarantee that the Service or any content provided through the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, accurate, or completely secure. The Service and all content are provided on an "as-is" and "with all faults" basis. WowBat expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of accuracy, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.
Although WowBat takes reasonable precautions to protect the WowBat App and prevent unauthorized access, we make no warranty that such efforts will be successful. WowBat specifically disclaims all liability for:

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will cease. Your wallet and any digital assets remain under your control. WowBat has no obligation to return funds or assets, as WowBat does not hold custody of user funds. You retain full control of your wallet through your account credentials.
This Agreement, together with any other documents we provide regarding the Service, constitutes the entire agreement between you and WowBat regarding your use of the Service and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
The failure or delay by WowBat to exercise any right or remedy shall not constitute a waiver of any breach of or default under this Agreement, nor shall it operate as a waiver of any other right or remedy available to WowBat.
If any provision of this Agreement is ruled invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to the personal jurisdiction of and venue in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey, and consent that such courts shall be the exclusive forum for any litigation arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

WowBat may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement, in whole or in part, to any party at any time without notice. You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement without WowBat's prior written consent, which may be withheld in WowBat's sole discretion.
