How can I trust WoWbat? I'm worried about sending my money to top up.

You stay in full control of your money. WoWbat never holds your crypto — your funds remain in your own wallet until the moment you approve a payment.

Your seed phrase is always available in Settings. You can open the same wallet in any other non-custodial crypto app (for example, Trust Wallet, MetaMask, etc.). This means your wallet is yours — not tied to WoWbat.

Why do I need KYC?

KYC is required by local payment partners in Southeast Asia to ensure compliance and prevent fraud. WoWbat does not store your funds — verification only enables legal and secure access to local payment rails.

Which countries does WoWbat work in?

Currently live in Vietnam. Soon: Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore.

How do I top up my balance?

Top up with USDT (BSC) directly from your non-custodial wallet. More networks and Euro/GBP bank transfers coming soon.

How can I withdraw my crypto from the WoWbat wallet?

Your WoWbat wallet is fully non-custodial, which means you control it — not us. Right now, WoWbat does not support sending blockchain transactions directly from the app. Only local QR payments are available.

If you want to move your crypto, you can do it anytime by opening the same wallet in another non-custodial app (Trust Wallet, MetaMask, etc.) using your seed phrase found in Settings. Once you open your wallet in another app, you can withdraw or transfer your crypto as you normally would.

How is WoWbat different from Binance or local e-wallets?

Binance is for trading; WoWbat is for real-life payments. Local e-wallets require local IDs — tourists cannot open them. WoWbat lets you scan local QR codes without a local bank account.

Can I use WoWbat as a tourist?

Yes. WoWbat is made for tourists. Top up with USDT → scan QR → Pay as a Local.
